Mission Statement
DTE is dedicated to achieving excellence on and off the court. Our goal is to develop our players mentally and physically. Hard work, Determination and Commitment are three components to achieving Excellence. DTE will help teach and build character, confidence, sportsmanship and teamwork to the youth we serve. Through leadership, experience, support, and knowledge our team is committed to the development of youth.
GOALS
1. Develop the player’s physically and mentally; with the intent to improve each players skill set as well as their mindset.
2. Encourage and model good sportsmanship, positive attitudes and compassion for their teammates and components.
3. Promote Hard Work, Determination and Commitment.
4. Create a respectful, positive, enjoyable learning experience.
